Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, spellings, colors, and customization details submitted with an order are accurate. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before orders are processed.

Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, holidays, weather, or carrier delays. Trendy Treasures by Juls is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Non-personalized items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Personalized and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including product designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Trendy Treasures by Juls and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
