At Trendy Treasures by Juls, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of non-personalized items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Personalized and custom-made items are final sale. Because these products are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
